ARsystem · Anam Movement

Movement·Breath·Life
The body prays too. Tai Chi and Chi Kung, Pilates and Capoeira for adults and children in Ayamonte, taught in a professional, progressive way adapted to each person.
The path of the body
ARsystem is the path of the body within the Anam Movement: a practice of conscious movement that unites body, mind and spirit. It is not a destination but a path: in every class you grow in skill and also in awareness.
Its symbol sums it up: a path towards the union of body, mind and spirit. A holistic approach that connects physical strength with spirituality and brings together cultural and philosophical elements from East and West, balancing dynamism and stability.
In our classes movement is a real tool to improve health, coordination, emotional stability and quality of life, for adults and children.
Adaptation
The ability to adjust the body to different situations and positions, keeping breadth, freedom and dynamism in the range of movement.
Strengthening
Developing physical power and the ability to resist, hold and perform movements with energy, stability and precision.
Timing
The skill of managing both the speed and the timing of movements, adapting fluidly to what each moment needs.
Harmonisation
The effective integration and synchronisation of the parts of the body, allowing balanced, fluid and organised movement.
Axis
The ability to keep physical and mental stability, with conscious control of weight, centre of gravity and body alignment.
Stamina or perseverance
The ability to sustain continuous physical and mental effort over long periods, showing depth and resilience.
Holistic
The full integration of all the previous bases, allowing efficient, harmonious movement adapted to any situation.

Fluidity and spirituality · the inner side
Inner balance, self-knowledge and connection with the spiritual. It sits beside the yin: the receptive and the introspective.

Strength and determination · the outer side
The physical side: strength, will and determination. Linked to the yang, the active, expansive energy and the capacity to act in the world.

Union and communion
At the centre, duality in balance: inner and outer, spiritual and physical, fluid and structured. Harmony between body, mind and spirit.

The limitless and the connection with the Divine
It surrounds the Yin-Yang. A Japanese symbol of enlightenment, infinity and wholeness: going beyond physical and mental limits to connect with the divine.

In the “T” of ARsystem
Proportion, balance and the human ideal: a functional, balanced body, integrated with mind and spirit.
White brings purity and gold evokes courage, success and action: together they balance the spiritual and the physical. The dragons and the Yin-Yang create a circular movement that guides the eye, and the outer circle gives cohesion and wholeness.

Student · black uniform
Black is the vastness of the night sky, mystery and introspection. It stands for the beginning of the journey towards self-awareness, where darkness is not the absence of light but the fertile ground where potential grows. The golden sleeve on the right arm is the light starting to break through: dawn, hope and the spiritual guidance that lights the way of transformation.

Teacher · white uniform
White is purity, clarity and openness: the responsibility of guiding others on their path. It represents the fruits of the inner journey, where the knowledge gained is shared and expanded. The golden sleeve is a reminder of the eternal purpose to enlighten, serve and keep learning, because spiritual and personal growth never ends.
Both uniforms reflect the balance and harmony that ARsystem cultivates: strength and clarity at every stage of learning.
