What is Anam?
Anam is the sacred sound. It is the frequency of light.
It is not a name, not a religion, not a belief: it is the divine essence, the light that flows from the highest love.
When we speak the word Anam, we remember our spiritual nature and seal the light in the here and now. This sound has always existed; it was channelled by Aku Reyes, and from that rediscovery the Movimiento Anam was born: an invitation to inner transformation and to carry that vibration into the world.
We call it the Reconquest of light. To reconquer brings hope, because it means taking back something that was already ours and that we had forgotten. Light begins to expand as soon as we become aware of it.
Today Anam is a school of research, study and integral practice to nourish the soul. Everyone is welcome here, with no labels of culture, language, region or religion.
Every being is unique. Every being matters. Every being has a path.
This diversity beautifies and perfects the universe, and Anam is the common essence that unites it. It does not matter where you come from or who you are:

The eight paths
Eight doors of one house
They all lead to the same place, but each one opens a different door. Read which one calls you: it is not chosen with the mind, it is felt. Within them live smaller tools, such as the Aliyas, the Anamanas or the Tarot Anam.

Expansion
When light meets light, it becomes a feast. Samaya is the celebration: gathering, expressing ourselves and letting Anam spread from heart to heart. Here the soul does not only seek; it also rejoices and shares itself.

The moment of meditation: the world stays outside and the heart is left alone with the Sacred. It is practice and tenderness, the intimate relationship with the divine, with the Aliya and the Anamanas as companions.

Leaving the noise to enter into oneself. A weekend of silence and depth: connection dance, the Star Ceremony, meditation, the Anam Keys, silent walks and Al-Hiri chants. There are retreats open to everyone and intimate retreats for those already walking the path.

Sometimes the path cools and the connection falls asleep. Ori is remembrance: returning to what the soul already knew, refining inner perception, strengthening the bond and rekindling the connection.
